Challenge

Inside Out Studios was a brand new Gym that opened up and needed a website to be spun up fast in order to showcase the opening. As the gym was yet to open we had little photos to work with. The site also needed methods for customers to view timetables of classes and pay for their memberships with a secure method.

Strategy

Utilising free stock images we were able to pad out the website with images until it had opened and a photographer could come in. We also integrated a class booking and direct debit system into the site, along with health declaration forms to ensure customers had a one stop shop for everything to do with the gym.

The Process

Memberships

Being a gym, Inside Out Studios needed a full membership and direct debit system to enable customers to book and pay directly via the website. Using two already well established systems we integrated these directly enabling a seamless experience for customers.

Health Declaration

A key requirement for Inside Out Studios was the need for a health declaration form. This form would usually be signed in the gym upon attendance and filed away. We wanted to make this digital and enable users to sign before entry. Using custom forms and email filtering we were able to keep a record of each customer who signs and hold these records in compliance with GDPR.
