Challenge

HiiCom are experts in telephony who needed a new website to generate leads for their business. Needed was the ability to capture customer information and also showcase the work they do in an easy to digest format. A requirement was for it to be in the colours of the logo and have a matching colour scheme throughout.

Strategy

We started by working out what pages are needed as a base and worked from there. Also using a landing page about an upcoming event all their customers should be aware of. This will be used as page that adverts will be linked to, giving concise information of why HiiCom should be there vendor of choice.

The Process

Lead Generation

Using strategically placed forms in the header of the website it leads customers to enter their information to get a free consultation. This information is then sent to the salesmen who can follow up on the request. It also links into the CRM of HiiCom so they have a record of the customer who can then be added into their marketing streams.

Landing Page

We built landing pages for HiiCom to be used in their adverts that are linked with Google. This allows customers to come to a well written article explaining exactly what the customer would have been searching for. This page this then used to collect user information to be used in marketing streams.

Google My Business

Reputation is the life blood of any company. Using Google My Business we were able to build a company profile detailing all the information a potential customer would need to put their mind at ease when choosing a new vendor. This is linked to the website and also can be used to drive engagement to the website from Google.
